FAQs
What software do you offer training for?
- We currently offer multiple levels (introduction, intermediate, and advanced) of training for Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Publisher, Project, Visio, Sharepoint and Intuit Quickbooks. More will be on the way though, so check back frequently!

How long are your classes?
- Generally classes are one day and run from 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Some classes we offer span over two days, however.

Will financial aid cover expenses?
- Unfortunately at this time state or federal financial aid is not available for our classes. However, we are a WorkSource approved training provider. Contact your WorkSource counselor regarding available training benefits.

What is your cancellation policy?
- Registration requires a $25 fee per one-day class, or a $50 fee per two-day class, which is applied towards the cost of class(es). You will receive a full refund of the registration fee if notice of cancellation is given at least 48 hours prior to the date of the class. The registration fee is non-refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of the class date.

What if I feel I didn't fully grasp the concepts during my class?
- No need to worry! ISProfessionals is dedicated to ensure that you receive the best experience possible. You are eligible to retake your course on a standby basis up to 60 days from the day you took your class, free of charge.

What is expected of me when attending a class?
- The student must engage in behavior that does not adversely affect the safety, health, or learning process of themselves or others.
  Attend all classes in which enrolled, arrive on time for class and plan to stay for the entire class.
